IMPD is investigating after a bicyclist was critically injured in a hit-and-run crash on Indianapolis' near northwest side Wednesday morning. The crash was reported shortly before 6 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 1700 block of North Tibbs Avenue, just north of West 16th Street. Responding officers found a male in the road with trauma, who was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, a department spokesperson told 13News.
