IMPD is investigating after one person was killed in a shooting Saturday afternoon on Indy's northwest side. According to IMPD, around 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 2, officers were called to the Family Dollar store located in the 6000 block of Michigan Road on a report of a person shot. When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound outside the front entrance of the store.
