Description
On Tuesday, an IMPD officer was shot near 16th Street and Lafayette Road during a traffic stop, but what helped him wasn't just backup, it was the life-saving tool he kept in his pocket.
A tourniquet, which came from a trauma kit, is what the Central Indiana Police Foundation is trying to put in every patrol car.
