"They just lit it on fire and blew it up." Brian Sommer of Carmel describes what he remembers seeing at Dr. James A. Dillon Park in Noblesville. "There were wood shards all over," Sommer said. "Burned books, singed books were all over the ground." He's talking about the Little Free Library.
