Description
Two kids were killed and two more are in critical condition after a barge hit a sailboat, sending them overboard Monday near Miami Beach, authorities said.
The U.S. Coast Guard Sector Miami was notified around 11 a.m. about six people in the water after a collision between and sailboat and a barge near Hibiscus Island.
