Description
IMPD officers are investigating a shooting that happened Thursday morning on the city's northeast side.
Police responded to a report of a person shot in the 4800 block of North Ritter Avenue, near East 46th Street and Emerson Avenue, around 7:20 a.m. July 24.
Officers arrived to the scene and found a female shot, who's condition is described as critical at this time.
