A 13-year-old boy from Anderson pleaded guilty to the murder of 61-year-old Mark Miles. Madison County Chief Deputy Prosecutor Andrew Hanna said Joseph Henry Vannote Jr. pleaded guilty without the benefit of a plea agreement to two counts of murder and one count of armed robbery. Vannote will be sentenced Wednesday, July 23.
