IMPD has completed the first phase of its "Five-Year Plan" to address the needs of both officers and Hoosiers
The "Five-Year Plan" was introduced in April 2025, and IMPD Chief Chris Bailey called the new plan one of his biggest priorities as chief of police. IMPD hired Taylor Advising, a local consulting firm, to help put together this plan.
