Description
The push to bring Major League Soccer to Indianapolis is on to a new phase.
The Marion County Capital Improvement Board of Managers is now accepting construction proposals.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, Aug. 22.
According to the board's current schedule, they hope to award a contract by Oct. 10 and pin down how much the stadium could cost by early next year.
