After more than a year and a half of trying to find a way to stay in their Muncie apartment, Alysson Fergison and her disabled mother have lost hope and are spending this week packing up their lives and trying to find a new place to live.
"There's no criminal penalty for what they're doing, but what they're doing is criminal," Fergison said.
