Description
The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles is taking a minimalist approach to new license plates.
BMV leaders introduced new "blackout plates" Monday, July 21. The plates were approved by state lawmakers during the last legislative session.
Money raised by the new plates is earmarked to improve services.
