Description
Court documents reveal what led up to the deadly shooting of two brothers on the west side of Indianapolis and how officers identified a suspect.
The shooting happened around 4 a.m. Saturday, July 12 in the 5100 block of West 38th Street, near Lafayette Road. Officers responding for an initial shots fired report found 12-year-old Izzy Offett and 24-year-old Wayland Coe inside a car with gunshot wounds.
