The Circle City is ready for WNBA All-Star weekend and its expected to draw thousands to downtown, including teenagers. As IMPD doubles down on curfew enforcement, Indianapolis clergy are stepping in to help; providing as many as 40 to 70 people, from churches and peace groups to walking alongside police downtown on Saturday.
