The Circle City is ready for WNBA All-Star weekend and its expected to draw thousands to downtown, including teenagers. As IMPD doubles down on curfew enforcement, Indianapolis clergy are stepping in to help; providing as many as 40 to 70 people, from churches and peace groups to walking alongside police downtown on Saturday. The goal is to connect with and reach Indy's youth before problems occur.
