The City-County Council was debating the topic Wednesday. The ordinance would change curfew hours for minors across Marion County. The proposal states that kids ages 15-17 can't be out after 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and can't be out after 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. For anyone younger than 15, it is 9 p.m. every night.
