Description

IMPD officers are investigating a deadly shooting on the east side of Indianapolis Tuesday afternoon. Officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 3400 block of Wellington Avenue, near East 34th Street and Franklin Road, shortly before 4 p.m. July 15. When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot in a car. Medics arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.
