Schools aren't back in session just yet, but families and educators are already starting to feel the impact of sweeping cuts to the state's pre-school voucher program. Last month, Indiana's Family Social Services Administration announced it was reducing the number of Hoosier kids on the state's On My Way Pre-K program by more than half.
