Denver's mayor and the Denver International Airport CEO said Wednesday that the city will study the feasibility of using nuclear energy to power the airport. Mayor Mike Johnston and DIA CEO Phil Washington made the announcement on the same day that a law went into effect in Colorado that defines nuclear energy as a clean energy resource, eligible for project financing at the city and county level.
