Two adults were killed and a girl was rescued after their vehicle went off the side of Red Mountain Pass and tumbled more than 300 feet down the mountainside. According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash involved a Honda Civic that went off the shoulder of Highway 550 near milepost 88, south of Ouray, around 8 a.m. Tuesday. After rolling 320 feet down the mountain, the vehicle came to rest upside down in the river.
