A man is dead and another man is in custody after a hit-and-run crash on Saturday morning in Westminster. Just after 6:30 a.m., Westminster Police officers responded to a death investigation near the 8200 block of Sheridan Boulevard and found a man dead near the road. Investigators believe the man was hit by a vehicle in what appeared to be a hit-and-run crash, after an initial investigation.
