Description
On the north side of Denver, cargo bikes are a common sight, hauling groceries, gear and even kids. But on Thursday morning, David Chen was carrying something different.
Chen transported a “ghost bike” down Tejon Street, a white-painted bicycle placed at the site of fatal cycling crashes, in honor of 21-year-old Salih Koc.
