A man from Trinidad is headed to prison for running into police cars during a high-speed chase at the Castle Rock Outlets in January of 2022. Roy Allen Elliott-Casaus, 33, received a 13-year prison sentence for driving a stolen vehicle into patrol cars while trying to get away.
