The town of Frisco, Summit County, the state of Colorado and the NHP Foundation are all working together on the project. NHPF builds affordable housing all over the country, but this is the first time they’ll build in Colorado. The studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units should be finished in about a year and a half and will rent for around $2,000 a month, far below what most rentals cost in the heart of Frisco.
