Another life lost on St. Claude Avenue:A 65-year-old cyclist was killed Thursday by an 18-wheeler — just two weeks after another cyclist died nearby.
Advocates say the street's design puts lives at risk and want immediate action. "They may not be [in] a car but they deserve to be treated with respect on the road," said one victim's brother.
