💔 Four siblings, ages 6, 12, 14, and 20, lost their lives in a house fire in Raceland early Thursday morning.
The 1 a.m. blaze on Rodriguez Drive is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal’s Office. Officials are also determining whether the home’s smoke detectors were working.
A 46-year-old woman was able to escape and is hospitalized. Her condition has not been released.
This tragedy brings Louisiana’s fire-related death toll to 7 in just one week.
