A tropical disturbance located about 700 miles east-southeast of the Lesser Antilles is showing little change in organization, according to the National Hurricane Center. The area of low pressure is moving west-northwest at 10 to 15 mph. NHC forecasters say environmental conditions are only marginally conducive for development, and any strengthening of the system is expected to be slow.
