Cell phone video captured the moment a REACH Air Medical helicopter crashed onto Highway 50 near Howe Avenue in Sacramento, California. Officials say three crew members — a pilot, nurse, and paramedic — were on board and are in critical condition. No bystanders were injured. The helicopter had just dropped off a patient at UC Davis before the crash. Dozens of bystanders rushed to help before emergency crews arrived.
