Description
Video captured outside a Chicago Walgreens shows Border Patrol agents tackling and detaining 19-year-old Warren King, who repeatedly said he is a U.S. citizen.
The Department of Homeland Security said agents were responding to an immigration enforcement operation when a Border Patrol vehicle collided with an SUV. After the crash, several people ran into the store and agents followed.
Witness Yarelly Jimenez said agents pinned King to the ground. He was later released.
DHS said agents encountered a “hostile reaction” from bystanders and confirmed two arrests were made.
" I just graduated high school, so they could come from literally anybody, and that's not right," King said.
