Cellphone video shows Border Patrol agents tackling and arresting a 19-year-old man outside a Chicago Walgreens. Witness Yarelly Jimenez says the man, Warren King, repeatedly told agents he is a U.S. citizen before being taken into custody. The Department of Homeland Security says agents were responding to an immigration enforcement operation and encountered a “hostile reaction” from bystanders. King was later released, DHS confirmed.
