Some Amazon Prime members could be due a payout. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has reached a $2.5 billion settlement with Amazon, accusing the company of enrolling people in Prime without their full consent and then making it difficult for them to cancel. If you signed up during a specific period, you could be owed money. Out of the $2.5 billion settlement, $1.5 billion is earmarked for Prime customers. Depending on your membership fees, you could receive up to $51.
