The Clearwater Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a man accused of murdering a 16-year-old over a decade ago. Authorities say 36-year-old Eustacio Pena-Muthe is responsible for the murder of Jason Henderson back in June 9, 2010, after the teenager was found shot to death at the Delray Apartments located on Sunset Point Road.
