A man is facing multiple charges after Tampa police said he pointed a gun at his ex-girlfriend and her friend before leading officers into an hours-long standoff. Officers arrested 38-year-old Ryan Haley, who they said entered his ex's home on Sunday in the area of Giddens Avenue without permission.
