A fourth person is facing charges in connection to a July 29 shooting near Tropicana Field that left one man dead. St. Pete police, along with the U.S. Marshals Service, say they arrested 19-year-old D'antrell Davis on Monday for the murder of 39-year-old Reginald Booth.
