St. Pete crews will spend the next few days making road repairs after a car spun out of control, hitting a fire hydrant and a power pole and leaving a depression in the road. St. Pete police say this happened Sunday night in the area of 38th Avenue North and 68th Street North. The depression caused a delay in traffic throughout early Monday. Police say only one lane is closed as of around 3:30 p.m. "It will probably take a couple of days to complete the repairs," St. Pete PD told 10 Tampa Bay News.
