Description

The National Hurricane Center is now watching two separate systems in the Atlantic, including a new INVEST 97-L. The first wave is likely a fish storm with a low chance of development, but the tropical wave off Africa will have more more favorable conditions for development in the days ahead and moves farther south and west and will be close to the Windward Islands next weekend.
