Description
The Flat Fire is burning an estimated 600 acres west of Culver, southwest of the Lake Billy Chinook area in Jefferson County. Two dozen homes are under a Level 3 "Go Now" evacuation notice, and another 150 homes are under a Level 1 or Level 2 order.
