Description
The University of Indianapolis introduced its new live mascot during a ceremony on Thursday.
On Oct. 16, the school introduced "Grady II" to the students at Schwitzer Student Center. Grady II will succeed Grady I as UIndy's new live mascot.
Grady II is a two-year-old former race dog who was adopted from a racetrack in Australia. Grady and Grady II will jointly share mascot duties throughout the remainder of the academic year before Grady officially retires and "graduates" with the Class of 2026 in May.
