Firefighters are investigating the cause of a Greenfield structure fire Thursday morning. According to a Facebook post from the Greenfield Fire Territory, around 9 a.m. Oct. 16, firefighters were called to a reported structure fire on New Road, just west of North Meridian Road. When firefighters arrived, officials say they worked diligently to bring the fire under control, which prevented further damage to the neighboring homes. No one was injured in the fire, officials said.
