IMPD is investigating after a man died after being shot Sunday afternoon on the near west side of Indianapolis. According to a release from IMPD, around 3:50 p.m. on Oct. 12, officers were called to the intersection of West 14th Street and North Tibbs Avenue on a report of a person shot. When officers arrived on scene, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was reported to be in critical condition and was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead two days later.
