Description
IMPD on Tuesday, Oct. 14 announced the arrest of a man in connection with a shooting that injured two women and himself at an east Indianapolis CVS last week.
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office formally charged 46-year-old Terry Rowe Jr., of Indianapolis, with the following charges:
- Two counts of battery by means of a deadly weapon
- One count of intimidation
- One count of aggravated battery
- One count of obstruction of justice
- One count of criminal mischief
- One count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon
- One count of dealing in methamphetamine
- One count of possession of methamphetamine
- One count of possession of cocaine
- One count of possession of marijuana
