IMPD is investigating after a man died in a shooting Saturday evening on the southwest side of Indianapolis. According to IMPD, around 6:50 p.m. on Oct. 11, officers were in the 4700 block of Kentucky Avenue, near Interstate 465, when they heard shots being fired. IMPD said an officer drove by and saw a person down in a parking lot.
