IMPD is investigating after a man was critically injured in a shooting Saturday evening on the southwest side of Indianapolis. According to IMPD, around 6:50 p.m. on Oct. 11, officers were called to the 4700 block of Kentucky Avenue, near Interstate 465, on a report of a person down. When officers arrived on scene, they say they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. They transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
