City leaders in Carmel are seeing an uptick in accidents involving kids and electric bikes. Now, they're working to find ways to keep kids and drivers safe. "Definitely a big increase and obviously a big increase in those accidents being on e-bikes," said Tim Griffin, with the Carmel Fire Department.
