The New Whiteland Police Department said officers arrested a teenager accused of attacking and raping an elderly woman in her home. The chief told 13News, his officers were searching neighborhoods around 10:15 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7 looking for 16-year-old Ariahn Smith, of New Whiteland, who had left his home without permission about an hour prior.
