Description
Some of the best-reviewed movies of 2025 have been horror films, including "Sinners" and "Weapons." You can add "Good Boy" to that list, too.
In the simplest terms, the 73-minute movie is a horror movie told through a dog's perspective.
"I think that every person who's had a dog has wondered or maybe worried why their dog is barking in the middle of the night or staring into an empty corner for seemingly no reason," director/co-writer/co-producer/cinematographer Ben Leonberg said. "We kind of play with that trope that exists in a lot of horror movies and turned it into a full feature film."
The movie centers on a dog named Indy, who moves to a rural home with his owner, Todd, only to find supernatural forces lurking in the shadows.
"Good Boy" is now in theaters.
