Description
A Noblesville family is close to an agreement with their HOA, after months of conflict over the construction of a ramp and deck on the front of their home.
For Caelyn Phillips, nothing brings a smile like being by her brother Corban's side ever since the accident that changed his life.
"First from the accident, it was really hard. But going on, it just gets easier," Caelyn said.
Just 16 years old, Corban was on a trampoline last year when he landed head-first, leaving him paralyzed from the waist down. Since then, it's been a long road of surgeries, pain and learning to adapt.
