Starbucks baristas in Indianapolis are preparing for a potential strike. They're joining baristas across the country, calling for a fair contract. Outside the Starbucks on Mass Ave Thursday, dozens of baristas gathered for what they called a "practice picket." At the only unionized Starbucks location in downtown Indianapolis, baristas chanted and carried signs that said "No contract. No coffee." The baristas said they want better working conditions like better pay, better hours and more staffing.
