The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says work on the interchange between I-465, US-31 and Meridian Street will get an overhaul soon. Starting on or after Monday, Oct. 6, crews will begin doing work in a two-mile improvement area along US-31/Meridian Street and I-465 for "Level Up 31." That work will include a speed limit change on both I-465 and US-31 in the area, dropping the speed limit down to 45 mph.
