Elanco Animal Health opened its new global headquarters Wednesday on the southwest side of Indianapolis. The company bought the former GM Stamping Plant as part of its $200 million plan to move closer to downtown. On Monday, Aug. 25, Indiana Gov. Mike Braun announced the state had sold the plant to Elanco for $27 million.
