Description
Indianapolis Metro Police Department officers say a person has been shot and killed on the northwest side of Indianapolis Tuesday afternoon.
Officers are still investigating in the 5200 block of Austral Drive, near the 56th Street exit on Interstate 465.
Police say they were called out at 4:11 p.m. Sept. 30 on a report of someone shot. Police say a "male" was found with at least one gunshot wound and declared dead at the scene. Police have not determined if the victim is an adult.
