Description
An Indianapolis man has been arrested for his alleged role in a crash 15 years ago that killed a 16-year-old girl on the south side of Indianapolis.
Israel Espinosa, 36, is accused of driving a Nissan Altima that crashed into an SUV stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of Shelby and Madison streets on Nov. 27, 2010.
Megan Ratliff, a student at Perry Meridian High School, was in the passenger seat of her sister Kayla's SUV when the Nissan smashed into them, flipping their SUV and sending Megan through the driver's side window, killing her.
